Ingeo iPrepare for Submitters


iPrepare® is Ingeo’s new streamlined, online activation process for submitters. With iPrepare©, customers can create an account on-line, and begin e-recording documents immediately.

iPrepare enables submitters to activate an e-recording account online in minutes to utilize Ingeo’s ePrepare system to process and submit electronic documents to counties for recordation, and, to receive recorded documents from the counties. With an ePrepare account, submitters can process payment of county recording fees in a secure fashion to reduce costs and eliminate payment errors.

iPrepare was designed to make eRecording accessible to all submitters regardless of size, budget, and technology resources. iPrepare© offers the most economical path for companies to start electronically recording documents.

A PC, an Internet connection, and a scanner are the only items needed to join the Ingeo Network where national and local submitters connect with counties across the country to save time and money.
