Ingeo eRecord for County Recorders

eRecord eliminates paper from the recording process. Additionally, Ingeo’s product automates endorsement, receipt and return processes while functioning in conjunction with existing country recording systems. Each system in each county is customized and will adapt to recording requirements, business rules, fee structures and state legislation required for each jurisdiction. eRecord eliminates hassle and enhances customer service while complying with legal standards.

How eRecord Works

eRecord receives the documents and, after an examination of validation review, processes each document according to established business rules in each recording office. Endorsement and receipt information is electronically embedded into the document, along with the recorder’s digital signature, and is returned to the submitter electronically as an officially recorded document.
