Ingeo ePrepare+ Brings eRecording to a New Level Newest Application Provides Speed, Simplicity and Savings

Ingeo Systems, Inc., the nation’s number one provider of electronic document recording technology, recently launched ePrepare+™, its newest upgrade to Ingeo ePrepare®, the submitters’ side of Ingeo’s Electronic Document Recording Solution. Ingeo ePrepare+ is the newest generation of submitter solutions. This innovative product offers submitters the greatest degree of speed, simplicity and cost savings available in e-recording today. Banks, title companies, mortgage firms, and attorneys save time and money using Ingeo’s e-recording service to process and submit electronic real estate documents to Ingeo’s network of 327 counties across the country. “Ingeo ePrepare+ improves the workflow to create new document packages, upload scanned documents, input data (when applicable) and transmit with the fewest number of steps in the industry,” said Karl Klessig, Ingeo’s CEO. “Screens are simpler and documents can scan directly into Ingeo ePrepare.” With this new capability, submitters simply login, select a document type, prepare the image and enter the indexing information if required. Then they can finish or move on to add more documents. The processing time is faster than any other vendor system in the industry. Ingeo ePrepare+ offers several other benefits for submitters. It can: - Manage all document preparation on one screen
- Convert PDF images to TIFF
- Correct documents to adjust margins, rotate pages, adjust page order, move pages up and down, “deskew” crooked documents, and zoom in and out

- Set the order of recordation of multiple document types
- Scan documents directly into Ingeo ePrepare
This streamlined, simple approach offers a solution that requires fewer touch points.
