Denver County, CO – New Electronic Recording Requirement

Effective January 1, 2010, the Public Trustee for Denver County, Colorado will require all Releases of Deed of Trust to be filed electronically. Traditional paper filings will no longer be accepted by the Public Trustee.

Denver County and the Public Trustee accept electronic documents through Ingeo’s e-recording service.

If you do not have the ability to record electronically with the Denver Public Trustee, please contact Josh Smith at (435) 654-6556 or jsmith@ingeo.com to get more information and begin your set up process to ensure a smooth transition by January 1, 2010.
